Capitol Lounge
The Capitol Lounge is almost as busy as the Martin Theatre and serves two purposes. First, it’s a good place to start any visit to the Community Arts Center. So come early, meet your friends and enjoy a drink. Located on the second floor, the Capitol Lounge opens 1 hour before every show, remains open during intermission (if there is one), and stays open 1 hour after every show. The Lounge is accessible from the Mezzanine or via the lobby elevator (2R). There is a full bar, a large-screen TV where you can watch the performance, and an outside deck with a firepit. It’s a great place to begin or end your visit to 220 West 4th Street.
The Capitol Lounge is also a listening room and standalone performance venue. Tunes on Tap features local musicians in concert while we feature local breweries. Murder Mystery Dinners let you help solve crimes with your friends, and The Comedy Zone brings side-splitting hilarity to the Lounge. Tickets can be purchased below.
